So I know you guys have probably all seen the clip for the contest that has been floating around since yesterday. I am aware of it, but won’t be posting the actual widget until it goes officially live on the Cloverfield Movie site. I don’t want “Grabs” to not be counted because the contest wasn’t officially live yet. Once it is live, the ad on the upper right hand side of every page on this site will be changed to the exlcusive clip until December 31st when the contest supposedly ends.

If you guys enjoy this site, I would appreciate it if you would help me get as many “grabs” on that video as possible. In return, if we win the screening and you live in the Chicagoland area, I will invite some people from here as my guests. According to the rule you get to invite 30 friends/family and if this site wins I’m only going to invite people that actually want to see the movie and are excited to see it, which of my friends/family is not going to be 30 people. So I’ll extend invitations to you guys (if you’re in the area).

So again, when this thing goes live, in order for Cloverfield News to get credit you must “Grab This” video and post it on your facebook, myspace or elsewhere. For now you can find the clip on youtube via the comments on other articles here, although I’m not going to post it in this thread because I need you guys to watch and “Grab it” for the contest.
